I had the 600 mile service for mine done at 1200 miles, by my selling dealer. Everything was reset to proper specs, and he had the head mechanic remove the carb airscrew cover at the same time. This is the ONLY time it has been dealer serviced. For major repairs, I'll box up the bike, put it on the train, and send it to him. I'm in the Seattle area, the shop is Suzuki City in Biloxi Mississippi. Mike (the shop owner) was always willing to go the extra mile to keep my bike going, even if I'd call from the middle of nowhere with an obscure problem. No other Suzuki shop I've tried since (in three states, multiple cities) will ever get my business for other than tires and tubes.
